TERMS OF USE and Service

The artist, ScarecrowSAI reserve the rights to any commissioned works, thus is entitled to post it and to share it, the artwork belongs to the artist.

Reposting or sharing of commissioned works done by the artist, is allowed on the condition that the artist is credited for the works, and no tampering of the watermarks.

If the Commissioned Art will be used for commercial purposes please disclose to the artist before any work begins.

If the Commissioned Art will be used as assets for other media (games, print media, comic, video, and etc) disclose it immediately before any work begins.

Personal use of the artwork is allowed so as long as the artist is credited.

All artworks are fully rendered and colored.

Before contacting the artist please refer to the Commission Rate Table

After referring to the commission rate table, contact the artist for the paid request via email or discord.

No format is needed for the paid request, make sure to just get the details laid out.

It is recommended to provide reference resources as early as possible.

The commission process begins after upfront payment or after initial transaction, of half (50%) of the total payment.

The commission process has four phases: 1.Sketch Phase -> 2.Advanced Sketch Phase-> 3.Render Phase -> 4.Advanced Render Phase.

1.Sketch Phase - Begins after the initial 50% of the total price has been deposited

2.Advanced Sketch Phase - The artist begins rudimentary renders, composition, and refining the sketches, and feedback from the client is addressed before rendering.

3.Render Phase - The artist begins to further refine the elements of the artworks

4.Advanced Render Phase - In this phase the artist continues to refine the artwork for final delivery. This phase begins once the other 50% of the total price has been deposited to the artist.

The artist will inform the client if the artwork is in which phase.

Detailed work-in-progress screencaps will be provided throughout the commission process

RAW PSD Files, and High Resolution renders will be provided if desired, after the artwork is delivered.

Once the artwork is complete total revisions are prohibited, retouches are allowed with no charge for about two weeks after final delivery.

Please during the commission process provide feedback during the drawing/painting process, to reduce retouching after the commission process.

The time it takes for the artwork to be finished will be dependent on its complexity, and the amount of feedback received during the drawing/painting process

On average an artwork will be done in 2-3 days(In the shortest) and 7-10 days (the longest)

REFUND is only applicable between the 1.Sketch Phase and 2. Advanced Sketch Phase from which the initial (50%) payment will be returned and the commission is terminated, once the artwork has passed the Advanced Sketch Phase NO REFUNDS will be given.

Should the client wishes to cancel the commission, after the Advanced Sketch Phase has lapsed, and within good reason, of the initial 50% payment, half of the initial payment will be returned.

(Example: The artwork is priced 20USD, initial payment is 10 USD, if Advanced Sketch Phase has lapsed and cancellation is due, 5 USD will be returned to the client)

The initial 50% payment of the total price acts as a guarantee for the client that the artist has agreed to work on the artwork, and to compensate the initial labor put into the artwork.
